Avoid a relapse

9 miles in 7:47 pace.

Sunny 25 degrees.  After a 20 minute warm up, did 7X50 stride (100 step) pick-ups to get my legs moving.  Sidewalks were mostly clear but trails still have some drifted, crusty snow and ice.  Ran on the road for most of it.  Felt GREAT!  Aaron massaged my legs for me last night.  I’m going to foam roller them out some more this morning to make sure I get all that tightness out to avoid a knee seizing relapse.
